              Pravas Systems was formed in recognition of IT consultancy and services for any business and of the challenges faced in aligning resourcing needs with the right skilled IT consultants.

              Our founders, Srinivas Vasireddi and Prasanthi Srinivas have IT software consultancy experience spanning over 10 years and bring their personal experience as hiring managers and as delivery professionals to the consultant area, providing a breath of fresh air for both clients and consultants alike.

              Their past experience as IT Consultants permeates our services to ensure we all understand the client needs and the candidate capabilities at a level very few, if any other consultancies can provide.
